6. Will your personal information be transferred abroad?

The Aliaxis Group operates at a global level and, as a result, we may need to transfer your personal information to members of the Aliaxis Group or to third-party service providers located in countries other than the ones in which our personal information was originally collected.

In such case, we will implement appropriate safeguards to ensure that an adequate level of protection for any personal information transferred.

Where the transfer relates to personal information of European residents to countries outside the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA), we will take the required measures to provide an adequate level of data protection under EU law, such as entering into EU standard contractual clauses with the party who is receiving the data.

  • your first and last name.
  • your company.
  • your email address

We will also register your consent to the use of your personal data. No further data shall be collected or shall be collected only on a voluntary basis. We shall use such data only to contact you for following up on the submittal you have prepared within the tool and shall not share such data with any third parties .
